What is Mubta?

Mubta is a Saudi platform that helps you plan your scholarship. We organize your steps in one place, from choosing your scholarship program and the universities that suit you to applying for university admission and filling in your details with the Google Chrome extension, along with many AI-powered tools and services that make applying for scholarships and getting a university admission easier. Mubta is independent and is not affiliated with the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Culture, any scholarship provider or any university.

Official decisions are not ours

Mubta does not decide eligibility, admission, nomination or funding, and it does not submit applications for you. Those decisions and processes belong to the ministries, scholarship providers and universities. Plans, checklists, readiness results and reminders are guidance only.

Official information

Scholarship program and university information is taken from official sources and shown with its source and date. Official rules can change at any time, and published information may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm the details on the official website before you act.

Your account

Give accurate information, keep your password private, use two-step sign-in where you can, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. An account is for one person; a parent or guardian may manage the account of a student under 18.

Using the Chrome extension

The extension suggests values and fills only the fields you approve; you remain responsible for checking every value, every attached document and what you send to a university. It never submits a form for you. A few suggestions may not suit you, so check them too. Use it only for your own applications and in line with the terms of the websites you use it on. The details, statuses and dates shown in Mubta come from the websites of the universities you chose and may differ or be updated on their official websites, so always compare them with the universities' official websites.

AI assistance

AI answers, drafts, reviews and summaries can be wrong or incomplete. Check them before relying on them, write your own final application texts and follow the rules of the university or provider about using AI.

Your information

What you add to Mubta remains yours. You allow Mubta to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy notice.

The community

Be respectful and helpful. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, hateful, private about others, or advertising. Posts and comments can be reported; moderators may hide or remove them and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Reviews

A review must be about your own experience with Mubta, honest and respectful. By sending one and ticking the consent box, you allow Mubta to publish it on its website, with your name or anonymously as you chose. Every review is checked before it shows; we may decline, hide or remove a review that breaks these terms, and you can change or delete yours at any time. A changed review is checked again.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Mubta: do not try to access other people's data, disrupt or overload the service, collect its data automatically, get around plan limits or pretend to be someone else.

Plans and payments

Mubta offers a free plan and two paid plans, Mubta Plus and Mubta Pro, by monthly, six-month or yearly subscription, through several payment methods including bank transfer and online payment. Each plan's features and usage limits are shown clearly before you pay, and monthly usage limits renew each month on the day matching your plan's start date. Plans do not renew automatically, and nothing is ever charged to your card automatically. Renewing requires completing the payment yourself, and each payment starts a new subscription period. Refunds follow the refund policy.

The free plan

The free plan is a one-month trial from the day you create your account: its usage limits (such as autofilled applications, comparisons and AI requests) work in your first month only, after which you need a paid plan to keep using them. The rest of your journey stays open: the university directory, your profile and your university list.

Renewing and upgrading

You can renew your plan or upgrade to a higher one at any time: the new period starts when the payment is confirmed, with a full allowance, and the days left on your current plan are added to its end. A lower plan starts when your current one ends, and only one plan can be bought to start later.

Extra uses

On paid plans with limits, you can buy extra uses. They are used after your monthly allowance, carry over from month to month until your plan ends, move with you when you renew or upgrade, and end when the plan ends without being renewed.

Paying by transfer

When you pay by bank transfer or e-wallet, transfer the amount shown to the account shown and upload the genuine transfer receipt; your plan starts once our team confirms the money has arrived. Only one open order is accepted at a time. Uploading a forged or false receipt breaks these terms and may lead to the account being suspended.

Promo codes and the partner program

Promo codes apply under each code's own conditions (its dates, how many times it can be used and the plans it covers), and a partner's code cannot be used on their own subscriptions. The partner program follows its own terms, published on the program's page.

Updates and changes

We keep improving Mubta, so features can change, and the service can sometimes be unavailable. Keep your own copies of important documents, messages and deadlines.

Our responsibility

We provide Mubta with care, but as a planning aid. We are not responsible for decisions made by ministries, providers or universities, for missed official deadlines, or for losses caused by relying on information without confirming it on the official source, as far as the law allows.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from the Data and privacy page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why when we can.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Contact us first about any problem; we will try to resolve it with you.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms when the service changes and show the date of the current version at the top of this page. Important changes are announced in Mubta before they apply.
