1A program field at an approved institution
Your field must be within the program, and the institution must be on the approved list for that field.

يعطي البرنامج فرصة الانضمام للحاصلين على قبول مسبق غير مشروط، وفق آلية وضوابط محدّدة، كاشتراط أن يكون تخصّص الطالب ضمن إطار البرنامج، وأن تكون المؤسسة التعليمية التي يدرس فيها الطالب ضمن قائمة المؤسسات المعتمدة للتخصص.

2A final, official, unconditional offer
The offer letter must be final, official and unconditional, with all its pages.

3The offer states the degree
The offer must state the degree: bachelor's, master's or doctorate.

4The offer states the exact field
The offer must name the exact field of study.

The offer must state when study starts.

6Attaché attestation for offers from Arab countries
An offer from an Arab country must be attested by the cultural attaché in that country and still meet the conditions above.

7Translating and attesting a non-English offer
An offer not in English must be translated into English by an approved office and attested by the attaché, and still meet all the conditions above.
