Subscribing, renewing and cancelling

How paid plans work, step by step:

• Choose a plan and a period (monthly, 6 months or yearly) on this page. Before you pay you see the final price and what the plan includes.
• Pay once, by bank transfer or e-wallet (you upload the receipt and we confirm it), or online when it is available. Mubta never sees or stores your card details.
• One open order at a time: pay it or cancel it from Plan and billing before you start another. An unpaid order is cancelled automatically after the time shown at checkout, and nothing is charged.
• Your plan starts on the day the payment is confirmed and runs for the full period from then. Your receipt is in Plan and billing in your account.
• There is no automatic renewal for now, so nothing is ever charged unless you pay it yourself. We remind you a few days before your plan ends; to carry on, renew with a new payment.
• Renew the same plan at any time: the new period starts when the payment is confirmed, with your full allowance again, and the days left on your current period are added to its end, so you do not lose a day.
• Upgrading to a higher plan works the same way: it starts straight away with its own allowance, and the days left on your current plan are added to its end. A lower plan starts when your current one ends.
• Autofilled applications, comparisons and AI requests count per plan month and start again every month, from the day your plan started.
• Run out before then? On paid plans you can buy extra uses from the Extra uses page (one pack or several in one payment). They are used after your monthly allowance, carry over from month to month until your plan ends, and move with you when you renew or upgrade.
• The free plan is a one-month trial from the day you create your account: its limits work in your first month, after which you need a paid plan to keep using autofill, comparisons and AI.
• Have a promo code? Enter it at checkout to see the price after the discount before you pay.
• Plans do not renew automatically, so nothing more is charged and a plan simply ends on its date. Within 3 days of paying, while the plan has been used for 2 applications at most, you can ask for a refund from Plan and billing; the plan then ends.
• Back on the free plan your data stays as it is: your profile, applications and notes, which you can download, or delete your account, at any time.
• You can ask for a refund within 3 days of paying if you have used the plan for no more than 2 applications, under the refund and return policy. Extra-use packs cannot be refunded once any of their uses is used.
