What is Mubta?
An independent planning and application tool for Saudi students who want a scholarship and a university admission at approved universities abroad. Mubta helps them plan and choose the scholarship track that suits them best among the scholarship programs of the Ministry of Education or the Ministry of Culture. It also shortens the work of filling in repeated university applications: choose your universities, build your personal and educational profile, then fill in application details faster with Mubta's extension.
Is Mubta free?
Yes. Most of Mubta's features are free, with lower limits than the paid plans. The free plan always lets you start your journey and apply for university admission at up to two universities. Paid plans let you apply to more universities and add other features; see Plans and pricing.
Where does the university information come from?
From the lists published by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Culture and other scholarship providers. Each list in Mubta shows its source and the date it was published.
Does Mubta apply to universities for me?
No. Mubta helps you prepare and keep track, then fill in your admission details on the universities' official websites. After you choose your scholarship track and the universities that suit you and complete Mubta's steps, such as your personal and educational profile, you open each university's admission portal yourself and start a new application; Mubta's extension then helps you fill in all the details faster. You stay in charge of every step, with Mubta's help.
Can I use Mubta in Arabic?
Yes. The whole site works in Arabic and English; switch at any time from the top of the page.
Is Mubta part of a ministry or university?
No. Mubta is not affiliated with any ministry or university. Official decisions, such as acceptance or rejection for a scholarship or a university admission, are made only by that organization.
Does Mubta tell me if I am eligible?
No. Mubta compares how ready your saved details are with the requirements published by scholarship providers and approved universities, and shows what looks met, missing or unclear. It is guidance, not an eligibility decision.
Do I need an account?
You can explore the onboarding questions and the university finder without one. To save your plan, profile and applications, create a free account.
How do I download or delete my data?
Go to your account page. You can download everything Mubta holds about you as a file, or delete your account and its data.
I found information that looks wrong. What should I do?
Check the official source linked next to it, then tell us through the contact form and choose "Correction to official information".
How does the Chrome extension work?
Add the universities you are applying to in Mubta and complete your profile. Then open a university's admission portal: the extension suggests your saved details for each field, and fills only the fields you approve. It works only on the websites of universities in your applications list, and never submits a form for you.
What does "approved university" mean?
A university on the list a scholarship provider (such as the Ministry of Education or the Ministry of Culture) has published for a scholarship track. Mubta shows each list with its source and date; always confirm on the official website before you apply.
What happens if a university on my list is paused or removed?
Mubta follows the official lists. On paid plans, you are alerted as soon as a university on your list is added to, removed from or paused on a ministry list, so you can decide what to do before you pay any fees.
Does Mubta guarantee a scholarship or an admission?
No. Mubta helps you plan, prepare and apply faster, but scholarship and admission decisions are made only by the scholarship providers and the universities.
How do I pay for a plan?
Choose a plan and a period (a month, 6 months or a year) on Plans and pricing. You can pay by bank transfer or e-wallet and upload the receipt; our team confirms it within the hours shown at checkout. Your plan starts on the day your payment is confirmed.
Does my plan renew automatically?
No. Nothing is charged automatically. We remind you before your plan ends, and you renew it yourself with a new payment.
Can I upgrade or renew before my plan ends?
Yes, at any time. The new plan starts when your payment is confirmed, with a full allowance, and the days left on your current plan are added to its end. A lower plan starts when your current one ends.
What happens when I reach my plan's limit?
Limits such as autofilled applications, comparisons and AI requests start again every plan month. Before then, on a paid plan you can buy extra uses, which carry over until your plan ends, or renew or upgrade now. Your Usage page shows what you have used and when it starts again.
Can I get a refund?
Within 3 days of paying, while the plan has been used for 2 applications at most, you can request a refund from Plan and billing. Extra-use packs cannot be refunded once any of their uses is used. The refund policy has the details.
Is my data safe?
Your account, profile and applications are private. Sensitive details such as your passport number are stored encrypted, we do not sell your information or show advertising, and you can download or delete your data at any time. The privacy policy explains it in full.
Can I change my answers or my scholarship track later?
Yes. You can change any answer, your track, countries or universities at any time, and your plan and checklists update to match.
